3rd Annual LMPYFA Golf Scramble

 

When: Sunday, May 20th at 2 p.m.

 

Where:  Elks 797 Golf Club   www.the797elksgolfclub.com

 

Why:  An organizational fundraiser so we don't have to ask our members to sell cookie dough!

 

Cost: $75 per player which includes golf, dinner, drink tickets and a chance at great door prizes!

 

New this year is the opportunity to win a 2 year lease on a brand new 2012 Chevy Cruze for anyone making a hole in one on a par 3!   A big thank you to Bob Pulte Chevrolet of Lebanon for sponsoring the Cruze giveaway!!

2012 REGISTRATION

 

 

 It's not too late to register for another great season of Panther football and cheer!   Click on the registration link above to be taken to our convenient online registration forms for football and cheer!

 

 

We were able to keep our registration fees at the same level as last year for football and cheer!

 

 

2012 Football Fee Schedule

 

K-1 - We are sorry but we have reached our capacity for the K-1 team for the 2012 season.

 

2nd - 6th grade new players - $130 which includes helmet, shoulder pads, and game uniform

 

2nd - 6th grade returning players - $50 registration fee using your previous equipment.   The new uniform is included in your $50 fee!

 

 

For those of you who are new to our organization, our league schedule is very family friendly!   All games are played on Saturday and follow the schedule outlined below:

 

K-1 - 9:00 a.m.

2nd - 10:30 a.m.

3rd - 12:00 p.m.

4th - 1:30 p.m.

5th - 3:00 p.m.

6th - 4:30 p.m.
